Responsibilities
Holistic management of ongoing client projects and ensuring adherence to budget, project objectives, quality, and timelines.
Strategic development of current and former clients; building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Serve as the technical counterpart to Sales; maintain continuous dialogue with clients.
Active leadership and development of the CPM consulting team: set clear goals and promote an open, learning-oriented culture.
Proactively monitor market, technology, and CPM trends and introduce new software solutions and approaches.
Support implementation in selected projects and proactively drive client development.
Requirements
Many years of deep expertise in the finance area, preferably from Accounting/Controlling and/or Consulting.
Ideally, additional experience from a finance line organization.
Introduced and/or actively supported tool-based planning and consolidation solutions in a consulting role, ideally with a focus on Tagetik.
Functional understanding of common CPM tools such as Tagetik, Acterys, or comparable solutions.
Strong, sales-oriented mindset.
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a comparable field — or equivalent qualification with many years of relevant experience.
Experience in leading and developing teams.
