About the role

Responsibilities
- Holistic management of ongoing client projects and ensuring adherence to budget, project objectives, quality, and timelines.
- Strategic development of current and former clients; building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Serve as the technical counterpart to Sales; maintain continuous dialogue with clients.
- Active leadership and development of the CPM consulting team: set clear goals and promote an open, learning-oriented culture.
- Proactively monitor market, technology, and CPM trends and introduce new software solutions and approaches.
- Support implementation in selected projects and proactively drive client development.
Requirements
- Many years of deep expertise in the finance area, preferably from Accounting/Controlling and/or Consulting.
- Ideally, additional experience from a finance line organization.
- Introduced and/or actively supported tool-based planning and consolidation solutions in a consulting role, ideally with a focus on Tagetik.
- Functional understanding of common CPM tools such as Tagetik, Acterys, or comparable solutions.
- Strong, sales-oriented mindset.
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a comparable field — or equivalent qualification with many years of relevant experience.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
