Responsibilities
- You will assume technical and personnel responsibility for our Node.js development team, provide clear direction, and create an environment where excellence and ownership can flourish.
- Together with the team, you will develop a future-proof technical architecture as well as clear coding and quality standards — and ensure these are applied in day-to-day work.
- You will actively drive our long-term development vision and embed it sustainably in our agile processes.
- You will participate in recruiting processes, support new colleagues during onboarding, and actively promote the team’s continued development.

- You have solid expertise in building distributed, scalable systems with Node.js — ideally in modern cloud environments.
