About the role
- Senior PHP / Laravel Entwickler*in responsible for developing and optimizing web applications with a focus on quality at eRecht24 IT. Collaborating closely with the product management and development team in a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Further development and optimization of existing Laravel-based systems
- Designing and implementing new features and applications
- Conducting code reviews and actively ensuring code quality
- Active contribution to technical concepts, architectures and development standards
- Sustainable reduction of technical debt and continuous improvement of existing systems
- Close collaboration with product management and the development team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and web architectures
- Experience in maintaining and evolving long-lived, production web applications
- Structured, quality-oriented work style as well as teamwork and personal responsibility
- Experience with automated testing in the PHP/Laravel environment (e.g., PHPUnit, Pest)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment processes
- Proficient in version control (Git) and modern development workflows
- Strong awareness of code quality, maintainability and performance
