Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of retention strategies to ensure the company achieves the lowest possible levels of churn;
Identify pain points across the customer journey, analyze behavioral and engagement data, and create plans with cross-functional teams that address causes of cancellation and encourage customer loyalty;
Align these strategies with business objectives and industry trends, ensuring continuous adaptation of retention practices to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term value across all customer segments;
Manage Retention Policies by developing and executing active and passive retention policies aimed at increasing retention levels. Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of these programs using performance metrics and customer feedback, and adapting approaches to maximize outcomes and align policies with the company’s retention goals;
Monitor churn metrics and other KPIs related to customer retention, generate insights and reports to support decision-making, and adjust actions when necessary. Monitor the market and competitors to ensure best practices, improvements and innovations in retention policies, keeping the company competitive;
Develop predictive churn models for all customer types using advanced data analysis and predictive modeling techniques;
Support the construction of the company’s churn budget and forecast based on assumptions, historical data and action plans designed to achieve the highest possible accuracy in these forecasts.
Requirements
Degree in or strong experience with Data Science, Data Analysis or related fields;
Ability to transform large volumes of data into relevant insights to support business decisions;
Experience with statistical analysis tools and predictive modeling;
Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) metrics and consumer behavior;
Strategic mindset focused on optimizing the customer experience.
