About the role

  • Financial Reporting & Data Analyst at Finora Bank preparing regulatory reports and supporting financial planning. Working in a dynamic team to enhance data quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage regulatory reporting to the Bank of Lithuania, including FINREP, IRRBB, B-09, PFI, and other required reports.
  • Support monthly and quarterly internal and supervisory reporting processes.
  • Collect, validate, and reconcile financial data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes at Bank, Group, and consolidated level.
  • Support capital-related topics, including capital table updates, valuation inputs, and reporting.
  • Perform interest calculations for loans and deposits, and resolve data inconsistencies or system-related issues.
  • Assist with investor-related materials by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
  • Work with large datasets and continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flows.
  • Take a hands-on approach where needed — from data handling to report preparation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or similar role (banking or financial services is a strong advantage).
  • Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g. FINREP or similar frameworks) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking — you understand data, not just process it.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems.
  • Structured, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working across finance, risk, and data/IT areas.
  • Strong Excel skills (experience with data tools or automation is an advantage).
  • Reliable under pressure, especially during reporting cycles.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and solve problems, not just execute tasks.
  • Fluency in English language.
