Requirements
Bachelor's degree earned by date of hire, AND Demonstrated experience performing business analysis–related activities such as requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder coordination, or solution validation, AND 1+ year of professional technical experience.
Bachelor's degree earned by date of hire, AND Substantial experience performing business analysis–related activities, including direct engagement with stakeholders, independent requirements analysis, and contribution to solution delivery, AND 4+ years of professional technical experience.
Experience may come from roles such as business analyst, developer, project lead, product owner, or similar positions.
A relevant master's degree may be considered as one of several ways to demonstrate equivalent preparation.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to build trust, facilitate discussion, and work collaboratively across roles and perspectives. Analytical thinking and curiosity, with comfort exploring unfamiliar business domains.
Familiarity with concepts such as process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and requirements documentation. Willingness to learn new tools, methods, and technologies as needed.
Experience with common BA and project tools (e.g., ticketing systems, workflow tools, Agile backlogs).
