About the role

  • Marketing Specialist executing membership-focused campaigns for MGMA. Collaborating with Association Managers to optimize marketing strategies and report on performance in Denver hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute state chapter marketing campaigns supporting membership acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Build, deploy, and manage email, digital, and lifecycle campaigns using established tools, templates, and standards.
  • Translate direction from Association Managers and chapter leaders into campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and deployment across channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand and compliance standards.
  • Track and report on campaign performance against defined goals and benchmarks.
  • Analyze results and surface insights for Association Managers and marketing leadership.
  • Recommend tactical optimizations to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
  • Experience working with associations, chapters, or membership-based organizations preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing execution best practices, including email marketing, digital campaigns, lifecycle communications, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, email platforms, and campaign deployment workflows.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to track results and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and execute campaigns using established templates, standards, and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
