- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
Requirements
- 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation
- Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
