About the role

• IT Consultant guiding clients in developing and implementing IT strategies. Analyzing IT landscapes and designing tailor-made solutions for clients while coaching a team of consultants.

Responsibilities

• You advise companies on developing and implementing their IT strategy
• You analyze the IT landscape and identify optimization opportunities
• You design and develop IT solutions tailored to clients' individual needs
• You support and accompany the implementation of IT solutions and ensure their long-term success
• You build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and partners and actively participate in new client acquisition
• You lead and coach a team of consultants
• You support proposal processes, drive business development activities and actively contribute to thought leadership on strategic topics
• As a project manager, you take ownership of topics that particularly interest you, develop areas of focus and continuously expand your expertise

Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a similar area
• Knowledge of stakeholder and project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
• (Multiple years of) leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven network and (several years of) experience in project sales, particularly in new client acquisition and in expanding and maintaining client relationships
• Strong professional positioning as a thought leader, with the ability to advance client topics through forward-looking impulses and contribute to market and business development
• Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), computer science, business administration, natural sciences or a comparable field
