About the role
- Analyst role focused on executing financial reconciliations for a leading Brazilian fintech. Collaborate with internal teams and manage client portfolios with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Execute financial reconciliations;
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies identified in reconciliations, performing the necessary adjustments;
- Monitor daily and monthly financial movements;
- Analyze and track the behavior of product portfolios;
- Interface with internal areas (Accounting, VOC, Operations, Compliance, and Technology);
- Interface with company partners, such as FIDCs;
- Prepare management reports and operational controls;
- Contribute to process improvements, automations, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
- Previous experience in financial reconciliation, preferably at a financial institution;
- Experience managing portfolios, handling client portfolios;
- Knowledge of products offered by meutudo – consignado (payroll-deductible loans), private payroll loans, payroll credit card, FGTS;
- Proficient Excel skills (intermediate to advanced);
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile;
- Hands-on approach;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work with deadlines and multiple simultaneous demands;
- Continuous improvement mindset.
