Responsibilities
Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business across primary service offerings
Conduct client sales presentations (face-to-face, via phone or web meetings, attend industry tradeshows)
Work together with business development and project management to prepare high-quality responses to RFPs
Present proposals while selling features and services to close deals
Effectively utilize CRM system daily to manage sales pipeline, client contacts, sales activities, and lead activity
Complete weekly sales reports and provide information for backlog and sales projections
Conduct job walks and attend client site meetings as required
Collaborate with project teams to ensure client retention by driving superior client service
Successfully onboard new client accounts while effectively communicating client needs and contractual obligations
Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in sales
Required knowledge in general contracting, architecture, engineering, or the commercial real estate industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Must have an established book of business within the industry
Willingness to travel
Must be computer proficient, including experience using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
