Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Strongly Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Technology, Analytics, Business, or Engineering)
- 10+ years experience in Data, Analytics, or Digital roles
- 5+ years experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managers
- Experience managing enterprise analytics or data programs in complex organizations
- Working knowledge of modern analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) sufficient to lead teams and engage stakeholders
- Strong track record of delivering business outcomes through analytics
- Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare , or other regulated industries
- Experience leading analytics teams supporting commercial, operations, or supply chain functions
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or advanced reporting initiatives
