About the role

Senior DevOps Engineer designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure at Mediatech. Collaborating with teams to ensure security and performance in digital publishing.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure from the ground up
Support and manage Linux-based systems, application deployments, and updates
Set up and maintain modern stacks (LEMP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
Create and maintain HELM Charts and manage Kubernetes clusters
Manage and optimize Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana in cloud environments
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD
Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency through monitoring and optimization
Collaborate closely with developers to improve deployment workflows and system architecture
Drive security-first practices across infrastructure and deployments
Proactively identify issues, improvements, and long-term infrastructure needs

5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles
Strong Linux server and multi-platform administration experience
Solid cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Strong containerization and orchestration skills (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps practices
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
Security-conscious mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Proactive problem-solver who balances reliability with innovation
Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with developers and security teams
