About the role

  • Clinical Research Coordinator managing investigator-initiated and sponsored clinical trials in Radiation Oncology. Ensuring compliance with study protocols and supporting patient enrollment and data collection.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trial related activities to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance;
  • Communicate with potential patients, pre-screening, scheduling, consenting, and enrolling patients;
  • Coordinate research visits; maintaining source documentation, data collection and completing CRFs;
  • Track AE/SAE, maintaining documentation, and study logs;
  • Conduct follow up phone calls to participants and track through the timepoints;
  • Perform research billing review, subject reimbursement when applicable;
  • Attend study related meetings and maintain/ordering study materials as needed;
  • Adhere to all University of Pennsylvania, ICF, and FDA guidelines;

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Regulatory experience is preferred; Radiation Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations.
