Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ohio PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prepare, and present technical documentation clearly and accurately
- Master’s Degree with focus on Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD (preferred)
- Experience working on ODOT projects (preferred)
