Personal & Executive Assistant closely collaborating with CEO in a Family Office in Berlin. Handling travel organization, event planning, and overseeing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Independently organize complex travel arrangements (e.g., multi-week international trips)
Plan and coordinate private and business-related events
Conduct research and book and coordinate a variety of services
Proactively resolve day-to-day challenges for the executive
Schedule and coordinate business appointments
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Organize and prepare meetings and business trips
Welcome and assist guests (including at board meetings)
Support organizational office projects (e.g., relocations, office setup)
Requirements
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (required)
Strong organizational skills and high standards of quality
Proactive, solution-oriented work approach
Discretion, reliability, and enjoyment of working closely with others
Experience in an assistant role is an advantage but not required — career changers welcome
