About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing Lab Operations projects for Antech, driving planning, execution, and delivery. Managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all project functions including planning, task management, and coordination of teams’ activities to drive key projects.
  • Involved in all stages of the project life cycle including scope definition, planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Manages end-to-end Lab Operations project activities, including scope, budget, risks, timelines, deliverables, and communication to support project delivery.
  • Provides strategic leadership throughout the project life cycle including planning, designing, documenting, integrating, change management, and configuration management.
  • Develops project plans and ensures that project deliverables are in line with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Coordinates and facilitates work groups, involving other Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Delivers concise communication and reports project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Conducts risk assessments to identify and manage contingencies that may negatively affect a project.
  • Ensures project activities align with Antech policies and procedures.
  • Executes project closeout activities including turnover to appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree with at least 4-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a laboratory environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; can easily tailor messaging and communication style based on the defined audience.
  • Effective listener, who can communicate project needs and activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Competency in project management applications, tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates cultural awareness and experience in team management and leadership on projects that span multiple time zones and different cultures.
  • Consistently demonstrates organization, detail-orientation, analytical and investigation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to travel as needed to meet the project needs.
