About the role

Responsibilities
- You perform maintenance on our hose and coupling systems (following established quality standards)
- You inspect and maintain systems directly at the customer's site.
- You identify and resolve technical issues with a clear approach, minimizing downtime.
- You document your work digitally, ensuring clear interfaces and handovers.
- In close collaboration with our support and sales teams, you work together to find the best solutions.
Requirements
- Completed technical training, manual dexterity, and a willingness to learn.
- Initial experience in maintenance, testing, and repairs is an advantage, but we will train you in everything you need to know.
- Driving license class B (required, as you will visit customers in a service vehicle).
- Enjoy traveling and the flexibility to work at different locations and meet different people.
- Service- and customer-oriented – you enjoy being a point of contact and finding solutions.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
