- Familiarity with the DC industry and understanding of ERISA
- Deep knowledge of various defined contribution vehicles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Morningstar Direct and Factset
- Ability to travel (up to 25%)
