About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic management of indirect purchasing
- Market monitoring, analysis and comparison of offers, and selection of suitable suppliers and service providers
- Development and optimization of processes in indirect purchasing
- Professional leadership and development of purchasing representatives within the business units
- Negotiation of contracts and conditions with suppliers and service providers
- Monitoring key performance indicators and initiating countermeasures in case of deviations
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent
- Relevant experience in procurement within an industrial/manufacturing company
- Several years of leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- Results-oriented, structured and independent way of working
