Responsibilities

• __**Location:**__Temporary Work From Home and will transition to hybrid once an office location is identified in BGC, Taguig
• __**Working hours / Job Type:**__
• Monday to Friday, flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Manila time, with a requirement of 8 working hours per day, excluding lunch break.

• __**Duties and Responsibilities:**__
• · Review existing testing processes, frameworks, and tools to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements, both initially and as part of ongoing continuous improvement
• · Design, write, and execute automated tests to ensure robust system validation
• · Maximize test coverage, focusing particularly on the most critical features of our systems
• · Determine priorities for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement them effectively
• · Develop documentation for automated processes, including test plans, test procedures, and test cases
• · Manage defects and generate test reports
• · Support the business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production phases
• **Verification Testing:**
• · Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members
• · Understand the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and escalate issues that may impact successful customer outcomes
• · Identify or create test data to support the execution of test scenarios
• · Contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation
• · Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Requirements

• __**Must-have Skills / Qualification:**__
• · Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tester
• · Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• · Experience developing test automation frameworks in an agile environment
• · With a strong background in software development and engineering
• · Hands-on experience with Test Automation tools
• · Proficient with testing tools such as Cypress
• · Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines for test automation
• · Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket
• · Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team
• · Comfortable working in squads and able to hit the ground running
• __**Personal Skills:**__
• · Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• · Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to identify improvements and suggest them to a team
