Responsibilities
You will help our team optimize the digital design processes of manufacturing companies, gaining insight into digital product development workflows (from the initial idea to the 3D model and the technical drawing)
You will get intensive hands-on experience with our CAD software (Siemens NX, SolidEdge) and learn how to optimally link dimensions, data, and design techniques
Together with your team you will support day-to-day operations in our mission to take digital design to the next level
You will gain exposure to Customer Service, Software Quality Assurance, CAD/PLM Consulting, and Business Development
You will work on practical exercises aligned with vocational school curricula and, during your time in a client’s training workshop, get direct insight into traditional manufacturing processes

Requirements
You have already obtained or are about to obtain a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or the Abitur (high-school diploma)
You have a strong interest in design and are eager to learn CAD software, to engage with technical concepts, and to understand them thoroughly so you can competently support customers
Your communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable addition to any team
Commitment, the ability to work independently, and teamwork come naturally to you
