- Supporting corporate matters: preparing corporate acts, handling JUCERJA procedures, and organizing corporate books and records;
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Law degree (from the 6th semester onward);
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Civil Law (General Theory of Contracts and Types of Contracts) and Corporate Law (Corporation/Sociedade Anônima and Limited Liability Company/Sociedade Limitada);
