About the role
- Local Project leader for Finance processes related to S4/HANA at MAHLE. Responsible for process improvement and collaboration with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Local Project leader of Finance for S4/HANA (MORE Project)
- Responsibility for the development of targeted (sub-)process control, ensuring the completeness of the local process as well as continuous process improvement
- Support for the standardization and harmonization of all System/non-system processes in Finance
- Green Belt projects and coordination of Kaizen projects
- Internal controls Finance
- First point of contact in Finance for incidents before technical tickets
- Collaboration with global team in any updates, projects
- Data analysis reports in Celonis
- Support in Year-end closing process regarding FI/CO processes
Requirements
- Min.5 years of experience in the relevant field ( accounting, taxes, finance + process improvement – must have)
- Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems , ideally in S/4 Hana
- SAP FI processes, key user level (GL-AP-AR-TR )
- SAP project participation with global team interaction
- BA degree, Industrial engineer graduate
- Knowledge of Excel VBA Macro (min. intermediate)
- Internal Control experience
- Coordination and leading project teams experience
- Kaizen, Greenbelt, Six sigma know-how, experience
- Fluent English for international collaboration and documentation
- High communication skills with local and international teams
- Continuous learning mindset and proactivity
