Responsibilities
Support the team in executing customer and lead relationship strategies, contributing to database organization, campaign operations, and initial performance monitoring;
Provide direct support for multichannel communication initiatives (email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp), ensuring that sends are executed with quality, organization, and adherence to industry best practices;
In the area of data and segmentation, assist with data extraction and help build basic segmentations;
Use automation tools and databases, developing logical reasoning and an understanding of data quality integrated with marketing and technology strategies.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field;
Knowledge of data analysis, project management, organization, and digital marketing;
Basic to intermediate English;
Analytical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, flexibility, and results orientation;
Strong time management, determination, curiosity, and proactivity.
