About the role

Responsibilities
- Analysis of sponsorships and events;
- Curation and coordination of the events calendar;
- Preparation of detailed event proposals, including timelines, venues, attendees, budgets and staffing;
- Event planning and production (including vendor evaluation and negotiation, target audience analysis, schedule drafting, participant feedback collection, report preparation, etc.);
- Mapping and management of event-related information;
- Monitoring and managing partnerships with associations, chambers and organizations (for events);
- Analysis of results and generation of performance indicators;
- Preparation of reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, or related fields (required);
- Proven experience in event planning, including sourcing speakers and managing vendor relationships (required);
- Intermediate to Advanced English;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Strong interpersonal orientation focused on service and delivering results to internal clients;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Proactive, dynamic and self-starting attitude.
