Requirements
Previous experience as an Art Director (Mid-level or Senior)
Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Solid knowledge of typography, composition, and art direction
Ability to translate ideas into high-quality visual executions (Key Visuals, Mood Boards, etc.)
Organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive in proposing new visual directions
Nice to have: experience with integrated campaigns
Basic knowledge of motion design
Strong creative repertoire and up-to-date references
