Responsibilities
Develop the Business Unit (BU) marketing strategy, connecting market analysis, competitive opportunities and business priorities.
Identify and quantify growth opportunities by channel, segment, geography, category and application.
Continuously monitor category (flour, margarines, premixes, fats and doughs) and company performance, translating data into strategic actions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competitors, trends and foodservice operators' behavior.
Generate and disseminate actionable insights from market data (IFB, Nielsen, Wise Sales), internal dashboards, sell-in/sell-out data and financial analyses.
Assess price elasticity, contribution and profitability of products and customers, proposing levers to accelerate the business.
Structure go-to-market and expansion strategies by channel, category and region.
Act as a strategic reference for the commercial team, supporting them with insights, guidance and strategic materials.
