Responsibilities
Déployer une stratégie de prospection ciblée auprès du tissu économique local (petites et moyennes entreprises)
Étudier les problématiques des chefs d'entreprise pour élaborer des préconisations personnalisées en matière de garanties collectives (santé, risques prévoyance, solutions retraite)
Soutenir vos offres avec expertise pour transformer chaque opportunité commerciale en partenariat durable
Maintenir une présence régulière sur le terrain pour instaurer une confiance mutuelle et sécuriser la rétention de vos comptes
Administrez votre pipeline et assurez un suivi précis de vos indicateurs de performance (reporting)
Requirements
Expérience réussie en prospection commerciale BtoB
Connaissance de la Complémentaire Santé
Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour ne manquer aucun rendez-vous
Permis B obligatoire – poste basé en Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes en home office, déplacements quotidiens à organiser selon vos zones de prospection
