About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 (BW5) and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 (BW6)
- Analyze functional and technical requirements to design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration architectures
- Participate in end-to-end integration projects, including implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure system stability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust integration solutions aligned with business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and/or TIBCO BusinessWorks 6 development, with knowledge of advanced integration architectures, infrastructure, SOA, distributed systems, REST, and Web APIs
- Knowledge of Shell Scripting and programming languages such as Python, J2EE, and C#, along with version control using Git
- Knowledge of communication protocols and experience working with Linux, MS Windows, and HP-UX operating systems
- Experience with IBM FileNet and other enterprise integration tools
