About the role
- Tech Lead in Generative AI leading a team at LUZA Group. Responsible for architecture and implementation of advanced GenAI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define GenAI solution architecture: data pipelines, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, orchestration, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to AI scientists and engineers, enforcing engineering best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery: data ingestion, model development, pipelines, testing, automation, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Establish standards and guidelines for LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, and DataOps.
- Conduct technical reviews (architecture, code, pull requests, design documents).
- Support technology decisions across AI platforms and tools.
- Ensure security, compliance, access policies, audit logging, and protection of sensitive data.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML or GenAI teams.
- Experience designing and delivering GenAI/LLM solutions.
- Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, vector databases, MLOps/LLMOps, DataOps, and platforms/tools such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
