Requirements
Experience delivering projects using appropriate methodologies or equivalent iterative approaches.
Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple moving parts without losing your cool (or your calendar).
Excellent communication skills - clear, kind, confident, and concise.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and shift direction without dropping momentum.
Skilled at balancing urgency with empathy - knowing when to push and when to pause.
Experience working with cross-functional digital teams (designers, developers, analysts, testers, etc).
Confident managing meetings, stand-ups, retros, and planning sessions that are actually useful.
A natural relationship builder - from team members to stakeholders to external partners.
Comfortable with digital tools for delivery, tracking, and collaboration (Jira, Linear, Trello, Notion, Slack, etc).
