About the role
- Join Luminor as a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer to develop and operate cloud platform products. Engage in mentoring and automating processes while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing development, improvement, and operation of two strategic cloud platform products
- Mentor and guide less experienced engineers
- Implement standardized solutions for operational integrity and reliability
- Build and maintain observability capabilities
- Manage cloud inventory, capacity planning, and billing/tag governance
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve cross-platform issues
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Build automation tools and scripts for scalability and management of large-scale environments
- Collaborate with application teams to implement operational practices and coaching
Requirements
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with participation in ceremonies
- Strong technical writing skills for documentation
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD technologies
- Hands-on experience with AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, Grafana, Terraform, Crossplane
- Background in Linux/Unix system administration, networking fundamentals, and relational databases
- Understanding of automation practices across the development lifecycle
- Experience with monitoring, telemetry, logging, and reporting tools
- Strong technical foundation in operating systems, networking, and security systems
- Experience developing business continuity and disaster recovery processes
- Fluent English required
