Senior Regulatory Counsel joining LTSE's Regulatory team to advise on SEC and SRO regulations. Leading rule filing processes and working with regulatory examinations while promoting LTSE's mission.
Responsibilities
Research, interpret and advise on SEC and SRO rules.
Liaise with colleagues across the company to help ensure compliance with LTSE rules.
Draft and submit rule changes and amendments with the SEC.
Work directly on regulatory examinations and lead LTSEs responses.
Cover industry meetings as a LTSE representative.
Requirements
JD degree with a deep understanding of the role of an SRO and significant ability to interpret SEC, LTSE and or other exchanges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational skills adaptable to a start-up culture.
Creative problem-solver, capable of meeting stringent deadlines and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
