Responsibilities
Assist in creating and evaluating strategic initiatives for our independent advisor affiliation models.
Help define and evolve the value proposition on our corporate RIA for advisors and independent wealth management firms, considering their unique needs and market trends.
Leverage market data to assist with competitive assessments, identify market opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations.
Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, developments, and competitive moves to inform strategy.
Draw actionable business insights from large, disparate data-sets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of tactical plans that enhance the advisory experience.
Support the integration of technology and business solutions that improve advisor efficiency and service capabilities.
Coordinate efforts across multiple business units and departments to ensure alignment and progress on strategic projects.
Synthesize advisor feedback and business intelligence into insights and recommendations to improve the advisor experience.
Create briefing materials for key internal and external meetings, summarizing analysis for senior leadership.
Support efforts to increase advisor satisfaction and retention by identifying and addressing key pain points.
Provide strategic expertise and operational support to expand multi-custody capabilities.
Manage multiple project requests, ensuring tasks are prioritized and delivered in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in financial services, with knowledge of wealth management or advisory platforms
Familiarity with various advisory business models (e.g., independent, hybrid, institutional)
Experience in corporate strategy, product management, or strategic program management
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize complex information
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
