Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting our clients in all quality-related matters
Advising through to successful implementation
Organizing and managing central quality processes such as the CAPA system and SOP management
Independently handling deviations and change control procedures
Conducting internal audits, subcontractor audits, and supplier qualifications
Independently leading projects within the Quality department
Supporting the role of the person responsible under § 52a of the German Medicines Act (AMG)
Requirements
Degree in natural or engineering sciences (e.g., biosciences, pharmacy, chemistry, medical devices/technology, biotechnology) or an equivalent qualification
Alternatively, completed vocational training with many years of professional experience and further qualifications within the pharmaceutical industry
Solid professional experience in quality management under GDP/GMP guidelines or in the medical device environment
Ideally has performed audits and holds a corresponding auditor qualification
Confident in preparing quality-relevant documents such as SOPs, audit reports, as well as CAPA and change documentation — in both German and English
Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2/C1)
