About the role

Responsibilities
- Requirements elicitation and analysis with business areas (loading/unloading, bookings, freight, maritime documentation, port operations);
- Design and functional/technical specification of systems to support navigation and maritime logistics processes;
- Technical support for defining solution architecture and integration between legacy systems (e.g., TOS, ERP, customs systems, fleet management) and new digital platforms;
- Leadership of testing activities (functional, integration, and user acceptance);
- Liaison with software vendors specialized in the maritime sector and technology partners;
- Support in defining system and operational process performance indicators (KPIs);
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulatory standards (e.g., ANTAQ, IMO, ISM Code, SOLAS) and internal compliance and information security policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree;
- Analytical, strategic and results-oriented profile;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with Commercial, Procurement and Operations teams.
