Responsibilities
Develop market studies and sector analyses to support the company's commercial planning;
Monitor operational routines and KPIs in partnership with business areas, ensuring performance and flagging deviations;
Create analyses and dashboards focused on process optimization and continuous improvement;
Support budget development and financial planning;
Act as the focal point for follow-up meetings and rituals, promoting alignment across teams;
Support pricing, profitability and commercial prioritization strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
More than 1 year of experience in analytical roles;
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Office suite);
Strong analytical profile and sharp logical reasoning;
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
Proactivity and autonomy to propose improvements;
Curiosity and willingness to learn about the business;
Flexibility to handle diverse topics and contexts.
