About the role
- C++ Developer creating and maintaining risk calculation engines for Commerzbank. Involvement in cloud migration and agile process improvements with a collaborative team in Łódź.
Responsibilities
- Implementing changes (and creating from scratch) in C++ based risk calculation engines.
- Maintain and develop project database layer (PL/SQL procedures)
- Supporting migration of on-prem solutions into Native Cloud solution (Azure)
- Maintain project test and development infrastructure (C++ and Java based)
- Develop new ways of computation handling – prototype cloud native solutions, introduce changes to current architecture
- Taking care of software guidelines and other forms of documentation
- Working on processes improvements using agile methodologies
- Supporting data engineers’ team in their activities
- Supporting of maintenance team in rollouts and bug fixes
- Documenting specifications, writing concepts, and creating process flows for processes or configurations
- Writing business test scenarios and cases
Requirements
- High knowledge of C++ 17
- Good knowledge of C++ Boost libraries
- English B2+ level
- Nice to have: Good Knowledge of cloud solutions (preferably Azure)
- Good knowledge of MSVC toolchain
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Ansible, Docker
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS
- Basic knowledge of Java
