About the role
- Material Planning Analyst managing production planning and control at L’OCCITANE. Involves collaboration across departments to optimize production processes and meet demands.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and control production according to demand, sales orders and inventory.
- Create, sequence, monitor and close production orders in the ERP.
- Monitor production execution, identify delays/bottlenecks and perform rescheduling when necessary.
- Align the production plan with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Sales and Purchasing.
- Participate in alignment meetings (daily and weekly), presenting plan status.
- Track KPIs (plan adherence, efficiency, capacity, OEE) and propose improvements to the production planning and control (PCP) process.
Requirements
- Knowledge of production planning and control (PCP), MRP/MPS and production sequencing.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred: SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, Datasul or similar).
- Understanding of plant layout, production processes and manufacturing routings.
