About the role

• Product Owner leading the evolution of Cloud as a Product at Localiza&Co. Ensuring platform development focuses on business value, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner of the cloud platform, defining vision, objectives and a roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog, balancing demands from Engineering, Architecture, Security, FinOps, governance and squad experience.
• Translate organizational needs and real team pain points into initiatives, epics and user stories focused on value and adoption.
• Lead continuous discovery, validate hypotheses and identify operational frictions to guide product decisions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture/CCoE, Security, FinOps and Operations, fostering alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage trade-offs between control, speed, standardization, autonomy and cost efficiency, with strong executive communication.
• Monitor the evolution of cloud services and measure outcomes using adoption, experience, efficiency and reliability indicators.
• Promote a product culture, change management and continuous improvement, ensuring real and recurring use of delivered capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, including defining vision, prioritization and roadmaps.
• Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environments, with strong coordination, influence and trade-off management.
• Skill in conducting discovery, validating hypotheses and understanding real pain points of internal users.
• Strong organizational insight and the ability to connect strategy, execution and adoption.
• Familiarity with product metrics, operational efficiency, governance and platform experience.
• Knowledge of cloud platform context and the ability to engage with technical teams without assuming the architectural decision-making role.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
