Responsibilities
Conduct robust analyses in Excel and generate strategic and operational insights;
Present diagnostics and proposed solutions clearly and impactfully for different audiences: executive board, management, and operational teams;
Take ownership, monitoring and proposing actions to improve key metrics;
Work autonomously, proactively, and with business acumen in the design and execution of transformation projects;
Design pilots and oversee their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting course quickly;
Create PowerPoint materials with clear, objective storytelling tailored to the target audience;
Interact with salespeople and frontline teams, translating strategies into practical and understandable actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Previous experience in data analysis and strategic project management;
Analytical and critical mindset, with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills; questions inconsistent results and has curiosity to investigate causes and trends;
Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, data modeling);
Proactive and quick learner: willing to take on new challenges and learn tools and concepts as needed;
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly, structured, and persuasively;
Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
