About the role
- Consultor de Manutenção managing teams across maintenance operations in Santa Catarina. Leading performance management and ensuring operational effectiveness in multiple service points.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to other maintenance consultants assigned to RAC and OP branches in the COE region (Central-West + Tocantins), covering approximately 60 service points, through performance management, team training, and the definition of area processes and routines
- Ensure delivery of planned improvements and adjustments for the branches under your responsibility
- Manage and support the preparation of the budget for the region served, in alignment with the maintenance consulting team and local managers, through service prioritization and needs management
- Ensure the average response time for maintenance requests meets the agreed SLA
- Ensure the quality of services provided by maintenance suppliers at the region's branches
- Support the Maintenance Management team in identifying opportunities to improve and modernize processes and materials
- Oversee local management of cleaning and property security contracts, ensuring adherence by teams assigned to the branches
- Expand and sustain indicators for branch standardization and upkeep, basing actions on the standardization manual and proposing improvements through market best practices
- Ensure proper functioning of the building infrastructure of stores in the COE region (Central-West + Tocantins)
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Control & Automation) or Architecture
- Availability for on-site work
- Availability to travel
- Valid Category B driver's license (CNH)
- Technical experience in maintenance
- Experience managing third-party vendors/contractors
- Experience managing KPIs and budgets
