Responsibilities
Working with and empowering a team of specialists to seek out and solve problems that drive value and enhance the customer experience.
Driving incremental performance by understanding customer needs, generating demand and removing friction through our digital buying journeys through continuous optimisations.
Create and analyse digital journey performance using Adobe Analytics and Power BI - identifying trends and opportunities to optimise conversion and engagement.
Communicate performance stories effectively to collaborators, influencing decisions and celebrating achievement.
Ensure all change is effectively monitored and performance and impacts understood, whilst managing risk effectively with appropriate team members, governance, and controls.
Requirements
Strong experience of digital customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce guidelines.
Ability to interrogate and interpret data, ideally with experience with Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
Have strong influencing skills and the ability to make purposeful relationships with your team members and partners.
Comfortable challenging the status quo and finding opportunities for automation and innovation.
Skilled in turning complex datasets into actionable insights and clear performance stories.
Can create simplicity from complexity.
Are a self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, whilst balancing multiple deliverables.
