About the role
- Support governance initiatives and facilitate management processes at Dotz. Coordinate work schedules and help management communication across teams in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Act as a management facilitator by organizing information, schedules and workflows.
- Monitor working groups and the facilitators from each area involved in projects.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and checkpoints to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Ensure the integrated project schedule is continuously updated as activities progress.
- Support replanning of activities when there are deviations in deadlines, scope or priorities.
- Identify potential barriers to project execution and help remove or mitigate these impediments.
- Escalate risks, issues and critical points to leadership when necessary, in a structured and objective manner.
- Support the implementation and adoption of project management and governance methodologies.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations and tracking materials using PowerPoint.
- Use Excel to manage schedules, metrics, status reports and consolidate information.
- Support communication across departments, ensuring clarity, organization and smooth information flow.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related fields).
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets, controls, data organization).
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint (preparing executive presentations).
- Interest in project management, governance and strategic topics.
- Basic understanding of project methodologies is desirable (e.g., agile, waterfall, PMO, OKRs and KPIs).
- Previous experience (academic or internship) with projects, governance or PMO.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- Interest in working close to leadership and in dynamic environments.
