About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare documents such as meeting minutes, presentations and notes
- Ensure documents are kept up to date when necessary
- Organize meetings (agenda, invitations, logistics)
- Track actions and deadlines
- Act as an interface with various internal and external stakeholders
- Collect, distribute and synthesize key information
- Prepare tracking spreadsheets and performance indicators
- Contribute to internal communications (announcements, materials, reporting)
- Weekly routine working with the Product Line Director
- The apprentice will work within a team of 8 to 10 people
Requirements
- Required education level: Master’s level (Bac+4 / Bac+5)
- Typical degrees / schools: Master’s in Business or Management (business school)
