About the role
- Senior Buyer specializing in CAPEX for construction projects at Level Group. Involves negotiations, cost analysis, and collaboration with client areas in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction procurements (strategy, bidding, negotiation, and contracting)
- Apply Strategic Sourcing, TCO and Cost Breakdown to capture real efficiencies
- Use CAPEX/construction-specific methodologies: Should Cost (Cost Engineering), price composition analysis (SINAPI/TCPO/productivity curves), discipline-based packaging and contract strategy by risk (EPC/EPCM, lump-sum/unit-price, performance-based)
- Act as a partner to client areas (Engineering/Operations/Real Estate) and deliver in an environment where priorities change daily.
Requirements
- Preferably 10+ years in Procurement with a focus on construction/CAPEX (civil construction/infrastructure/expansion)
- Advanced Excel (modeling, comparisons, scenario analysis, cost drivers)
- Senior-level negotiation skills, consultative approach, high autonomy, and ability to work at a fast pace.
