- Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts and specifications to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years w/experience in AI-native products
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
- AI/ML fluency: Demonstrated experience designing for non-deterministic systems. You understand prompting, model constraints
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. (Figma is our primary tool)
- Demonstrated knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence product decisions.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.
- Curiosity with a strong bias for action.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
