- Serve as the testing resource across multiple product pods, owning both manual and automated testing efforts to ensure quality standards
- Design, create, and maintain a robust suite of automated checks using front-end automation tools
- Coordinate with the team to prioritize and manage a list of checks to automate
- Collaborate with engineers to determine what requires automated checks
- Work with the team to effectively test features and fixes
- Create innovative solutions to complex testing problems
- Assist with building and maintaining testing documentation
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate testing workflows
- Promote a learning, motivated, and collaborative team culture
- Help troubleshoot quality-related incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3+ years testing web applications, with 2+ years working with JavaScript test automation frameworks
- Proven experience writing code for automated checks and/or building tools to aid in testing
- Strong understanding of web testing technologies and application of systems thinking across the software development lifecycle
- Comfortable working in agile environments
- Expert ability to find defects and test applications with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who functions with confidence in a fast-paced environment
- Experience optimizing production systems for performance, quality, and reliability preferred
