Responsibilities
- Reviews documentation and legal drafts of contracts/agreements, ensuring requirements are met
- Coordinates work with various departments and serves as a liaison between Lennar Corporation and vendors

- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of technology-related agreements

- Negotiate and prepare contracts with appropriate terms and conditions
- Resolve conflicts or service level issues regarding supplier performance
- Ensure IT protocols and guidelines are applied and properly documented
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT Purchasing experience
- 7+ years of IT Sourcing experience
- Experience working with large technology partners (AT&T, CDW, Cisco, IBM, Insight, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Verizon, VMWare)
- Juris doctorate required
- ITIL experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in challenging and ambiguous environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, clients, and team members
- Advanced experience with MS Office
